I put this command "!MHSTO=600", but my gopro is turning off in 5 minutes with hindsight activated

Always report you camera and firmware version. Also did you disable the camera's power off, or at least change it beyond 5 minutes? Hacking the HSTO will not automatically change other parts of the system.
