:target selector does not work in IE8 with IE8.js #212

What steps will reproduce the problem?
   see example at http://ie7-js.googlecode.com/svn/test/target.html#apples

   (in the example does not change the background color of the element)

What version of the product are you using? 
  "http://ie7-js.googlecode.com/svn/version/2.0(beta3)/IE8.js"

On what operating system?
VISTA HOME PREMIUM

Please provide any additional information below.

   However, works ok in IE8's Compability mode!

:target will be supported by IE9.js which will be part of the IE7.js version 
2.1 suite.
