Does this clash with html5shiv? #281

1. Can this script be safely used with html5shiv?
2. Does this script provide its own corrections for new html elements making it 
uneccessary to also use Remy's script?

As far as I know, yes.  Although, IE9.js does happen include an HTML5 shiv.
