Android Adt plugin Unable to install

[GoogleCodeExporter]

I am trying to install Android Adt in Eclipse.But it is giving an error that " 
an error occured while collecting items to be isntalled " .

I am using the latest version of eclipse.

I also tried to externally download the Android adt plugin Zip file and then 
installing , but it is also giving the same error.

I have attached the error file that i am getting ... please if anyone can help 
me out.

also i have tried using http: instread of https: and vice versa ..... but i m 
getting the same error.
