Seamless screencasting

In my imagination

• Hit a key-combination: Recording starts (using default configuration, fullscreen etc.).
• Hit a key-combination (could perhaps be the same): Recording stops and a video file is stored somewhere.

A launcher can also be used to start and stop recordings.

Now after recording I probably want to easily be able to

• Watch the recording
• Share it with someone via email or... (could imply uploading to a video service)
• Include it in a blog post or similar (implies uploading to a video service)

Kazam gets me part of the way, running in the background:

kazam --silent

Super + Ctrl + R Starts a recording and Super + Ctrl + F Finishes a recording.

The journey has just begun, more to look into:

• [x] Get rid of Kazam window displayed on finish.
• [ ] Find a way to not have Kazam running all the time in the background (like now screen -d -m /usr/bin/python3 /usr/bin/kazam --debug --silent)
• [ ] After recording I end up with nothing but more bits on my hard drive; not interesting. I had an intention; I recorded a video in order to... show a friend something I did, include it in a blog post or ... (I imagine Kupfer to help me here, probably possible without programming, tailoring a Kupfer Favorite may be all I need. Once Kupfer has a File (or Video) selected it will be time for the next tool to take over).
