Add board config for Newifi Y1S, and change defaults.h to follow the upstream.

G开头表示WAN口为千兆以太网，已测试网络正常，其它功能未测试，M开头表示WAN口为百兆以太网，另一台路由器使用，还未测试。

@gorden5566 不好意思，我没有本地的git目录，都是在网页上创建的文件，对git不是很了解
