Some how (possibly via a help page), the RD and Admin functionality must be well documented

I confirmed with Michael Curtis today that he would like this to be in the form of a help page, especially for RD's and Admin. Potentially something simple for residents and RA's too.

❌ Not really urgent. This has been used for a year, and it seems to be intuitive enough for most people (students). No RA or RD has requested a help page. Flagging as potential improvement for anyone who works on this next.
