As a user I would like to choose what book collection I am viewing.

Handle localStorage.refs to include book collection as docSet

Should only be shown if there are > 1 collections.

bc-allow-singlepane to filter what books are available in each option

Create as a route and not as a dropdown called "Layout"

Could you look into this being a dialog instead of a route?
