Alumni who have requested their info not be shared show up in people search #970

The Alumni DB view has "ShareName" and "ShareAddress" fields that are 'Y', 'N', or NULL. These appear to be honored (somehow) since profiles for alumni with ShareName=='N' are not shown (generate "profile does not exist" message). We do, however, show alumni names in people search results even if ShareName is N. This should not happen
