Show mobile phone # for facstaff #1308

Gordon's new HR system (as of July 2021), https://gordon.criterionhcm.com, allows staff and faculty to set 4 phone numbers (in the demographics tab). 360 should display whatever numbers the employee has provided, whenever it currently displays "home phone".

In addition, it might be helpful to provide facstaff more granular control of what data are shown. Perhaps a toggle to make each item private (home address, spouse name, and each phone number).

I think this is a great idea connected with #1415 , but I want to argue that we shouldn't default to sharing staff/faculty phone numbers unless they opt-in for those numbers to be shared with students/other facstaff. It's one thing to have it on Criterion, but another to make it available to students.

I think all I am really suggesting is that we show them on MyProfile and default them to "hidden" unless the facstaff member wants to share them with students.
