Consider rebuilding GCSA elections on 360

The GCSA election system on GO works fine for its purpose, but we are trying to offload features one by one off of GO to 360 for students. This seems like a big undertaking, but one that could fit well into the summer practicum. @russtuck @ChrisImagineer do you have any thoughts on this as a longer-term goal?

I created a MS Forms option for this year’s GCSA. The former go.gordon solution was showing some age and limitations. I gave GCSA three choices: MS Forms, a custom solution (summer practicum or senior project for 360*), or purchasing an external solution and weaving a modest data integration.

We used MS Forms this Fall. I’ll go see if it served them well enough.

• This product is used only like twice an academic year and its not worth spending a lot of dev time on the solution unless its an easy one The outside solution poses some minor data risk, and is more costly.
