Rec-IM Admin Page fixes/cleanup/improvements

Generate Report allows you to generate a report without setting an initial date. Disable the button/make default beginning to earliest possible date.

Participant Search on the admin page uses a very heavy weight search.

• Each listing is incredibly heavyweight

• Search reloads listings

  Look into how to make it lighter.

Give Activity a filter:

• Sort by Status
• Sort by Name
• Sort by Date (started?)
