icon and global build properties #15

Version, PackageProjectUrl, Authors set for all packages
added square icon to the NuGet package

Hi Gordon, I've added a simple icon to the package so it will get nicer on the NuGet gallery :) also version and other package properties were moved to the root so it is inherited by all the packages.

Thanks. Please could you take a look at issue #13 ? I think it might be a bug with PeachPie... or maybe some option I need to set to prevent parameter caching like that..
