Create extension API specific AnnotationEnabler #203

I.e. copy the AnnotationEnabler's of each project and create e.g. a
MockitoAnnotationEnabler as well. The reason is that if you mix PowerMock
for easymock and mockito in the classpath then the standard
annotationenabler don't work for the project which is last in CP. In these
cases users could add the enablers manually.
