13 years ago I've updated the README to say that. I suspect it's a bug with the Ubuntu libosmgpsmap-dev package - it ought to pull in libsoup-dev.

13 years ago I've updated the README to say that. I suspect it's a bug with the Ubuntu libosmgpsmap-dev package - it ought to pull in libsoup-dev.
The bit about Ubuntu users installing libsoup-dev should read libsoup2.4-dev (confirmed on 1004 and 1010, at least)
