callbacks.c to make it more Glade-friendly #8

Hibby suggested moving the callback hooks to callbacks.c and doing things "the Glade way" which sounds like an excellent plan.

G_MODULE_EXPORT and GModule implemented - simple callbacks now removed. Remaining functions moved into callbacks.c by mgdm.
