Can create a new IContact
Can see an update
Can remove an old IContact
Can persist the IContact locally
Can read back IContact information

Next task - we need this to be "MEF" so that we can test this better. The long URL tiems for the tests don't work, and we will want to put in some specific stuff for fetching data.

This means learning the new MEF 2 that MS has included for .NET Core stuff.
