Create Stat's page #40

  1. [x] Generate a yaml data file
    • Date the last download was completed from the master LOI site
    • Number of documents
    • Number of unique documents
    • Duplication lists
  2. [x] Put number of unique documents and date in the index.ml file
  3. [x] Create a stats mark-down that has the duplicates in it as well as the number of documents, etc.
