Issues with source code of drools book(Drools JBoss Rules 5.0 Developer's Guide ) #56

I am having issues in trying to build source code of  "Drools JBoss Rules 5.0 
Developer's Guide ".  
1)Got the code from following site. However it wont build(maven) because pom 
files are outdated. Where can I find recent/buildable source code (if there is 
one)

2)in chapters 2 and 3 (i suppose the same for other chapters), author refers 
"Code Listing XX" when referring to the code snippets. But I dont find complete 
"Code Listing XX" anywhere in the book or in downloaded code. Is that how it is 
or is there a place that lists these "code listing XX"
