Which I guess the author translated in a following post into:

I'm sorry, that just is not in English. Just have a doubt that I can fully express their thoughts differently. I beg to add in addition the following features: 1. Ability to create their own "preset recipes" 2. With the ability to edit and save them after the upgrade HTTP Switchboard 3. Their choice is possible to make from the drop down menu for all the others "preset recipes". Maybe their view has been selected. To distinguish them from the preset "preset recipes". Justify this need : 1. By default, all sites I have all banned except CSS and IMG. It basically enough when browsing . 2 . Additional permissions can only be set if I need more from the site interactivity (JavaScript , etc.) or there is a need authorization on the site . 3 . On difficult sites have permission to add additional stages. Not always remember what you need to immediately resolve and must operate in stages : first the scripts then XHR etc. And if for full functionality required permissions for third-party domains , the process is lengthened . 4 . With its "preset recipes" once visited , created his "preset recipes", and later simply choose your "preset recipes" in a single click . I think that it will increase the usability HTTP Switchboard.

The crux of the English translation reformatted for readability (the rest is the quoted text):

  1. Ability to create their own "preset recipes"
  2. With the ability to edit and save them after the upgrade HTTP Switchboard
  3. Their choice is possible to make from the drop down menu for all the others "preset recipes".

Maybe their view has been selected. To distinguish them from the preset "preset recipes". Justify this need :

  1. By default, all sites I have all banned except CSS and IMG. It basically enough when browsing.
  2. Additional permissions can only be set if I need more from the site interactivity (JavaScript , etc.) or there is a need authorization on the site .
  3. On difficult sites have permission to add additional stages. Not always remember what you need to immediately resolve and must operate in stages : first the scripts then XHR etc. And if for full functionality required permissions for third-party domains , the process is lengthened .
  4. With its "preset recipes" once visited , created his "preset recipes", and later simply choose your "preset recipes" in a single click .

I think that it will increase the usability HTTP Switchboard.
