Please add the "Adblock Warning Removal List" #285

Now that element hiding rules are supported by HTTPSB it would be a good idea, IMHO, to add the "Adblock Warning Removal List" to the list of ubiquitous rules:

I can't find a license on that one. EasyList comes with https://easylist-downloads.adblockplus.org/COPYING:

dual licensed under the GNU General Public License version 3 of the License, or (at your option) any later version, and Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 3.0

I don't see any reference to a license in this one.
