[Suggestion] Use crowdin.net for localization #313

I would love to help translate HSB on https://crowdin.net/ it allows for the community to translate and localize the project for various languages. And for open-source project it is free as well.

Free Open Source and Academic Licenses Unlimited projects, unlimited strings and collaborators If you want to use Crowdin for an Open Source project, sign up as a free account, setup your project and send us a request. Apply for academic license if your project has educational purposes.

Thanks for the tip, I didn't know about this site. I will try it first with much smaller project µBlock, will see how this goes.

It would be beneficial if this was announced on your twitter and on some of the translation subreddit.
