See bottom of https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/http-switchboard/mghdpehejfekicfjcdbfofhcmnjhgaag/details, just replace it with https://github.com/gorhill/httpswitchboard/wiki/Change-log

I don't see anything outdated. Latest official version is 0.9.9.1.

@gorhill: see the bottom. I forgot to tell that I use non-english version.

Oh I see. Changed as suggested. (German version was stuck at 0.7...) It may takes 60 minutes before change is seen in store.
