I've had uBO-Extra for a number of months now and enjoy it's unobtrusiveness. The last update appears to have made weather.com difficult to navigate as well as breaking many of the radar maps.
Front page of https://weather.com doesn't look too bad except for the formatting under the "top stories" which contains nearly an entire vertical page of blank white space between the thumbnail and headline titles.
There should be a small version of the local radar map in the upper right corner. Instead, nearly all of the top of the website is black. Scrolling down yields similar formatting errors as the front page. Everything is shifted much further down the page while using the extension.
Troubleshooting yielded uBO-Extra as the culprit. Disabling all extensions except uBO and all is well. Disabling all extensions except for uBO + uBO Extra and weather.com breaks.

Bringing up a specific region's weather is much worse with uBO-Extra is enabled. For instance, https://weather.com/weather/today/l/USVT0033:1:US
