All added sites tested with Chrome 58.
All use Instart Logic with the usual redirect etc.
After adding them to contentscript.js this is fixed and there is no obvious site breakage.
FYI two sites use Instart Logic but adding them to contentscript.js leads to site breakage
on my end, so I didn't include them in this pull request.

verywell.com: Visual breakage, for example huge white spaces under articles
