Advertisers are using PDF launcher within Chrome to get around adblockers and spawn pop ups. This has been going on for about half a year now and uBlock has utterly failed to take it into consideration. I have moved to another ad blocking program and suggest others do the same until this issue is resolved as most advertisers are now using this exploit.
