Add twitch.tv to target list #77

Added and the ads went poof. Thanks for the all of the hard work :)

Also, It looks like vim found and removed a trialing white space.

Can you please provide evidence that twitch.tv is using IL? I don't see this here.

It looks like you are correct. I jumped the gun. I did try with and without the extension and I did it seemed to work. I have so far still gotten a few ads, so it is obviously not using IL. From a few threads, it sounds like twitch is starting to inject the adds into the video, making blocking them impossible. I assume it must be a slow roll out or in testing because it is very inconsistent.
