I just tried visiting a few (5) of these sites and realised that the browser is blocking them. What is the added value of including the list in uBlock if Chrome, Firefox and Safari already block these?

I can't add this list, that would accomplish nothing. uBO would not block the pages from loading, because strict blocking would not apply to them.
