Complete revamp of the description text.

Used the current description text on Mozilla AMO and made updates and modifications as needed. These include:

URL updates. Filter list name updates. Grammar and punctuation fixes. Rewording. Minor naming convention fix.

I have updated this file. Do you have any feedback?

I noticed that the older version of this file was severely out-of-date; with what was on the Mozilla AMO. I also noticed that here you recently pulled in many different languages for this file with the severely out-of-date version. I hope this updated file helps.

Is this the file that affects the actual text description in the Web Extension stores, like Mozilla AMO? I ask because the text description in Mozilla AMO should be updated to this file's contents for the mentioned corrections.
