Without the preset filter lists, this extension is nothing.
This used to be part of the description but it's not really true hence why I removed it. Someone could use uBO in hard mode with no filter lists and this would be the equivalent of old Request Policy, or similar to NoScript if also disabling JS.
The filter lists allows for uBO to be an install-and-forget extension.
I have removed that sentence per your feedback.
I am also compiling a small list of changes I want to make to the current README file. I will add the removal of that sentence to my list.
Using the current uBO README.md, I made changes to bring the web store description file more inline and consistent with it.
Updated various verbiage and naming conventions. Minor restructuring to last section for conciseness and to include more information. Fixed Documentation URL.
