Made the Nepalese flag transparent, due to the below screenshot:
Deleted 5 flags from ./src/img/flags-of-the-world whose real-life official flags were exact duplicates of existing flags (Bouvet, Svalbard/Jan Mayen, Minor Outlying Islands, Saint Martin, Heard and McDonald Islands).
Added flag codes for every single relevant flag emote in existence, so that we won't have to add new codes every time a new flag is agreed on for any list, most urgently the Belgian flag for EasyDutch.

Moved the focus now to https://github.com/uBlockOrigin/uBlock-issues/issues/3172, and also saw 4 months late that some of the Flags of the World matchings I originally proposed were botched. 😅
