Sign self-hosted Firefox releases

It's now over 2 weeks since 1.0.0 was released, and it's still unavailable on AMO. Evidently it was submitted.

Please consider signing your self-hosted releases of uMatrix (and uBlock): https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/Add-ons/SDK/Tools/jpm#jpm_sign

Just use the dev build on AMO, it's pretty much always ahead of stable or at least essentially the same (stable is last rc? build on dev channel).
