Add tooltip to Recipes button #981

To solve the bug of no tooltip ( #975 )

Thanks for this nice piece of software! I hope I can be of some small help.

This is my first pull request to this project, and I expect that I'll be asked to do something further before it becomes merged, and I'm willing to do it. Please advise. :)
