Ghosting artifacts on the UI

Describe the bug The UI does not seem to update properly every time, sometimes leaving ghosted images of the previous state. Potato PC mode makes the effect more apparent, with animations the ghosted image is more faded. Dragging the window off screen clears the ghosted image.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Launch GDLauncher
2. Perform any of the following actions several times:
   • mousing over instances/buttons
   • opening/closing the instance manager
   • moving between tabs in the options menu/instance manager

Operating System:

• OS: Windows 11 22H2 (22621.819)
• Launcher Version: v1.1.29
• Java Version: 8 (openJDK 1.8.0_312) & 17 (openJDK 17.0.1)

Additional Context I haven't noticed this happen to any other program, only GDLauncher. This has happened across several graphics driver versions & reinstalls.

• GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER FTW3 ULTRA GAMING
• GPU Driver Version: 526.98

This doesn't appear to happen now that I have an AMD card installed, so potentially NVIDIA's drivers or the 2070 Super specifically.
