Updating README to direct users to Carbon #1617

The legacy launcher's repo contains no information indicating that it is no longer maintained. With this PR, I fixed a couple of dead URLs and added a new headline, encouraging users to switch to Carbon.

Thank you. As you might have read or already know, I am basically the last person on this project (as everyone else has moved to developing Carbon) and I myself basically only moderate the issue tracker at this point.

Dang, well hopefully the PR can help take some of the pressure off of this repo so you can work on Carbon. Have you considered archiving this repository? If no development is going to take place in it, it might be worth it.

I won't work on carbon, I've moved on to developing leftwm. I just took your pr to ask the other devs if we could force-push the full history back to master and then archive this (see master_legacy branch, I just don't have the rights to un-protect master).

LeftWM looks cool, I might give it a whirl next time gnome breaks on me. Thanks again for the help 👍
