When exporting a modpack you built to Curse, it does not properly handle resource packs. Currently the launcher acts like all resource packs are overrides when exporting, which will cause issues if you try to upload the pack to Curse and the resource pack originates from Curse. This likely stems from the fact that the Launcher does not have proper resource pack Curse integration, you cannot search to download them through the launcher like you can with mods and the launcher treats the resource packs like additional files added from outside Curse. When downloading a pack that does have resource pack projects in them the launcher handles them properly, it's only when exporting that this link is lost.
Describe the solution you'd like
When you are building a pack, being able to search for resource packs that are on Curse to add them to your instance just like you can with mods right now. While exporting a pack, the launcher should properly add the resource pack project's ID to the manifest file, instead of copying the resource pack itself to the overrides folder.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Currently the best way to get around this for me is just to manually add the resource pack projects to the manifest file, and delete the resource packs from the overrides folder. Luckily this is not too hard since you probably wont have more then a few resource packs for an instance.
Resource packs which are actually train packs for immersive railroading are not included in my pack export making GDlauncher useless for updating my modpack.
