Modpack Play Button Not Working #802

So I downloaded the pack Rebirth of the Night and when I go to actually launch the pack and press the Play button... nothing happens. I'm not exactly sure what I need to provide to help find a solution to this issue, but when I press the Play button this is what comes up in the console in 3 separate messages, Message 1: "A cookie associated with a cross-site resource at http://minecraft.net/ was set without the SameSite attribute. A future release of Chrome will only deliver cookies with cross-site requests if they are set with SameSite=None and Secure. You can review cookies in developer tools under Application>Storage>Cookies and see more details at https://www.chromestatus.com/feature/5088147346030592 and https://www.chromestatus.com/feature/5633521622188032." Message 2: "Uncaught (in promise) Error: EPERM: operation not permitted, symlink 'C:\Users\hope4\AppData\Roaming\gdlauncher_next' -> 'C:_gdl'" Message 3: "DevTools failed to parse SourceMap: file:///C:/Users/hope4/AppData/Local/Programs/gdlauncher/resources/app.asar/build/static/css/5.7828baa1.chunk.css.map"

I hope the information I've provided is enough to get some advice on what I can do to solve this issue, because I'd really like to be able to use this launcher, but right now it is unusable due to this issue.

Can you try to launch GDLauncher as administrator?
