Update to ring-anti-forgery 1.3.0 #3

Hi there,

While reviewing this library for use in a project, I noticed that the ring-anti-forgery dependency is out of date. If you'd like I can put together a PR to bring it up to date. Unless you're prefer not to, I'd also add Clojure 1.10 to the test profiles.
