Passes tests with spark 2.0.2 #52

Mostly involved jiggering around classes and imports to fit with the latest spark API

Hey, thanks. That looks totally promising. I'll merge now and I'll find the time soon enough to make a new release, I just need to check if I (a) make new major version dropping support for Spark 1.x or (b) find a way to make a version which is backwards compatible.

Sorry for me being so unresponsive lately, but I had sooo much to do on my day job! WIll get better soon!
