Right now the structure of the problems is:

Suppose the following statistics are known about women at age 40 who participate in a routine mammogram screening, an X-ray of the breast tissue that detects tumors.

Imagine a group of 2000 women that go through a massive screening:

Of those with a positive mammogram, how many would you expect to actually have breast cancer?
