output for collapsed SE or CI #12

For collapse.se=TRUE or collapse.ci=TRUE in sjPlot::tab_model(), the tex output of html2pdf() does not show the collapsed statistics in separate rows.

Thanks for the report. As far as I can see the line jump is lost in the Writer2LaTeX step. There seems to be some development in the last year there so, when a new version is released, I can check if this issue is solved.
