Twitch Chat Rule Bypass #171

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Hi ! I've noticed that if you've got a Twitch chat rule (the one that needs you to agree to the rules by selecting a prompt ) the chat bot seems to not be able to get through this and thus the chatbot doesn't work. I've tried this on all channels without chat rules and the bot works..those with chat rules don't get any messages from the bot,and unfortunately once you have a chat rules setup,you can't remove it ,was wondering if this could be added please ? Thanks ! BTW,used your referral code for webshare as a token of appreciation for your hardwork !

Describe alternatives you've considered I think if there's a way of letting the bot know to "press" the prompt so that it can access and send chat messages would be great

Found a way of disabling chat rule prompt !
