Funded development proposal #3

Hi Morgan. I'm trying to get in touch re. the possibility of some funded development work on the local_teameval plugin you demoed at MoodleMoot AU 2016. My institution is really interested in this and would love to ditch WebPA. Please can you let me know if this is something you'd have any interest in?

Hi Roland,

I've just pushed a big patch updating to the latest version of TE we run internally at UNSW. There's still a lot of work to do, and at some point I'd like to do a big rewrite of lots of the core functionality, modernising it for current Moodle APIs like peristent.

To be honest, I'm not sure how funded development would work exactly, given that developing this plugin is part of my full-time job at UNSW. Are you thinking of dedicating programming resources to this project, or funding me to work on it in addition to the work I do at UNSW?
