Hi Morgan

team_eval was working well on 3.7. We have upgraded to 3.9.4 and loading an assignment is throwing:

Exception - Class 'mod_assign\evaluation_context' not found

We did reapply the mod_assign patch after the upgrade and /mod/assign/classes/evaluation_context.php does exist.

Any thoughts about what to look at?
