config dissapears while using save or open #195

Whenever I use "save" or "open" I loose whole configuration during the next 
program start. Config.xml is during the start rewritten with this:

<map>
  <entry>
    <string>abnormalExit</string>
    <boolean>true</boolean>
  </entry>
</map>

But if I don't save or open any file and exit program without saving everything 
works as it should. Config is loaded and I can use previously saved templates 
etc.

I use 3.23.0 version on Win 7 64b. This also happens on 32b version.
