Add script to generate meeting minutes based on calendar data

Use data in calendar invitations (e.g. participants, location, date, agenda, ...) to pre-fill meeting minutes template. Depends on merge of silverbulletmd/silverbullet#716 .

This is implemented now. Calendar data is used to populate meeting notes including automatic linking of participants. Todo: add the code to this repo
