KN Fullstack - second task #15

Hi there!

Thanks for your merge requests for the first task. Now we need your help in frontend development.

SECOND TASK

We would like you to create two forms: login form and register form. What we are looking for is good component division, usage of hooks, usage of antd and styled-components.

Please create components and put them in modules directory. Use components in the main component. We will use them later. :)

We will check if your code works, meets requirements and is clean.

TIME LIMIT

You have time to complete task until 27.01.2019, 20:00 (GMT+1)

Before starting fork the repo as stated in docs.

After finishing the task, create merge request as in docs.
