Plasma cutter selection related to the board.
Plasma cutter thickness of sheets. 3mm sheet metals are the most common (Vinay did a check of suppliers in the Netherlands and Germany)
Cost quality performance for frames. Specify range of cost efficiency-

Specification range for aquisition of plasma cutter:

How thick? maxtimum thickness?
How much affects the range of cost (for frame design but also buying the plasma cutter).

It is a dynamic file for collaboration on the Bill of Materials to complete it together. A static file will be made to keep track of the contributions over time and assure continuity .
