Would be good to get your review of the changes to the FSH files as starting to define the structure of the data format

Have created some non-complete definitions just to allow all of the required fields to be defined, will address this in a later pull request
Have moved unused and files that have errors into another directory to make a clean set of changes that we can be sure are working
