same problem here. Has not been fixed yet. I can only view the error message:

unfortunately no answer from the support by now.
Since Deutsche Post raised their fees on 1st July 2019 (https://www.paketda.de/news-briefporto-2019.html), all Deutsche Post shipment labels fail to get purchased. This happens due to the fact that the old rates are still getting used in the live environment.
